Our meat selections range from jerky strips, snack sticks to burger, roasts, steaks and an interesting variety of sausage products.In general you will find that buffalo has a pleasingly sweet rich flavor. The darker maroon coloring is due to the fact that it contains approximately one third more iron per pound than its beef counterpart. It is also higher in protein and lower in calories, fat and cholesterol.
Our buffalo are grass fed with access to a wide range of natural free choice mineral and vitamin supplements.
